Mailing Deliverability and Quality Guarantee:

Every data licensing agreement with Financial Media Group carries with it, our “mailing-deliverability and quality guarantee”.   We go to great lengths to ensure the highest possible quality of our lists and databases and we express that quality by offering a guarantee of deliverability of your mail pieces.

The Guarantee:
We will guarantee that 95% of all addresses, if mailed within 60 days of receipt will be CASS certified as deliverable to the address provided.   This guarantee applies to both lists obtained directly through us or downloaded via our website – “Advisor DirectConnect”. 

Should you receive returned mail in excess of the 95% guarantee, we will provide a record credit to your account equivalent to twice the number of returned mail pieces that meet the definition of returned mail (see terms & conditions).  If you have an enterprise level licensing agreement that calls for unlimited record downloads, that credit will be provided in the form of FMG services.  Your credit will equivalent to the number of qualifying returned mail pieces multiplied by $.25 per piece.

Our Quality Process:
Financial Media Group processes its mailing lists through USPS approved National Change of Address (NCOA) software to up date addresses where a change has been reported.  All lists are then run through CASS certification software to ensure addresses are recognized as deliverable, including the appending of a 9 digit zip code.  This process is run every 30 days to ensure all addresses meet the highest standards possible for delivery.

Terms & Conditions:
Financial Media Group’s mailing deliverability and quality guarantee applies to the original licensed company only.  Mail must be postmarked within 60 days of download or list delivery date from Financial Media Group to qualify.  In order to qualify for a credit, you must be able to supply the returned mail to us for examination and certification of meeting our deliverability guarantee.   Our guarantee applies to the address supplied on the record and not to the agent listed.   Address deliverability is based on USPS standards.  Under no circumstances will Financial Media Group be responsible for undeliverable mail not provided by Financial Media Group, or addresses provided by Financial Media Group that have been modified from its original format by the licensee or a third party provider acting on behalf of the licensee.  Limitation of liability:  In all cases Financial Media Group’s liability as it pertains to the policy is limited to the lesser of the original cost of the list or $10,000.
